End-User License Agreement

Event Horizon Labs Inc. — QuickBooks Online Integration · Last updated: 7 July 2026

This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs use of the internal QuickBooks Online integration ("the Integration") operated by Event Horizon Labs Inc. ("EH Labs", "we", "us"). The Integration is a first-party, internal-use tool used solely by EH Labs and its authorized personnel to access EH Labs' own QuickBooks Online company data. It is not offered, sold, or distributed to any third party.

1. License

EH Labs grants its authorized personnel a non-transferable, revocable license to use the Integration strictly for EH Labs' internal accounting, bookkeeping, invoicing, and reporting operations, in accordance with EH Labs' internal policies.

2. Permitted Use

The Integration connects only to QuickBooks Online companies owned and controlled by EH Labs. It is used to read and, where explicitly authorized, record accounting data. No customer or third-party QuickBooks data is accessed.

3. Restrictions

The Integration may not be used to access any QuickBooks company not owned by EH Labs, nor resold, redistributed, sublicensed, reverse-engineered, or used in violation of Intuit's QuickBooks Online Developer terms.

4. Data & Security

Access is governed by OAuth 2.0 credentials issued by Intuit and stored securely on EH Labs' own infrastructure. Financial mutations require explicit, authenticated human approval before execution. See our Privacy Policy.

5. No Warranty

The Integration is provided "as is" for internal use, without warranty of any kind. EH Labs is solely responsible for its own use of the tool against its own books.

6. Termination

EH Labs may disable or revoke the Integration's access to its QuickBooks Online companies at any time via the Intuit account dashboard or the disconnect process.
