Privacy Policy

Event Horizon Labs Inc. — QuickBooks Online Integration · Last updated: 7 July 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how the internal QuickBooks Online integration ("the Integration") operated by Event Horizon Labs Inc. ("EH Labs") handles data. The Integration is a first-party, internal-use tool. It accesses only EH Labs' own QuickBooks Online company data and serves no external users.

1. What Data Is Accessed

Via Intuit's QuickBooks Online API, the Integration may read EH Labs' own accounting records — customers, invoices, estimates, bills, payments, items, accounts, and financial reports — for the QuickBooks companies EH Labs owns. No data belonging to any third party is accessed.

2. How Data Is Used

Data is used exclusively for EH Labs' internal accounting, invoicing, reconciliation, and reporting. It is not sold, shared, or disclosed to any third party, and is not used for advertising or profiling.

3. Credentials & Storage

Access uses OAuth 2.0 tokens issued by Intuit. Tokens are stored with restricted file permissions on EH Labs' own infrastructure and are never shared. The Integration holds no Intuit account password. Access can be revoked at any time from the Intuit dashboard.

4. Data Retention

The Integration does not maintain a separate long-term copy of QuickBooks data; it reads data on demand from Intuit. Any transient cache exists only for the duration of a task.

5. Security Controls

All financial mutations require explicit, authenticated human approval before execution. Read access is the default; write access is gated behind an additional approval step.
